10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes wx999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 wx999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where wx999 reasonably determines that: (a) the User has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) continued operation of the account poses an AML, fraud, or compliance risk; (c) the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms; or (d) wx999 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory obligation.
11.2 Upon account closure for Terms breach, wx999 reserves the right to forfeit account balances derived from bonus abuse, fraudulent deposits, or prohibited conduct. Real-money balances deposited in good faith will be returned via the original deposit method subject to verification and deduction of any outstanding obligations.
11.3 Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting wx999 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the absence of pending verification requirements or open bet settlements.
